Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you are not 100% happy, please follow the return process below.  You may also contact us at info@glasgowchildrenshospitalcharity.org or phone 0141 212 8750 for more information.

Please ensure your goods are returned to us within 14 days of receiving them.  If you can send any returns to the following address:

We cannot accept used or worn products returned unless the item is faulty. Please ensure items are in their original condition, with any seals, wrapping or tags intact. Please tell us why you are returning the goods and what you would like as a remedy.

Once we receive your return, we aim to process your refund or replacement order within 3-5 working days. Your new order will be dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd class.

If it is during peak times this process may take longer.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
 
 Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of personalised goods unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
